LOYALTY PROGRAM
I contributed to enhancing customer engagement by developing additional features for the loyalty program. The system leverages gamification, allowing users to earn profile badges and rewards—such as free food—by completing various challenges.
The badges
Badges act as unlock-able boosts, providing benefits such as doubling crown points. Once earned, they are displayed in the profile section as active power-ups, enhancing user engagement and adding strategic value to the loyalty experience.
Reward System
Crown points can be exchanged for a variety of items. The more points the users redeem, the better the rewards—ranging from simple treats to premium meal combos.
